Refurbishment of the theaters internal remodeling of all dressing rooms, external
refurbishment, complete Mechanical and Electrical systems, this is being carried out without
causing any disruption to the theater which hosts the longest running musical in history.
These works were extremely complex to manage including the closure of some of London’s
busiest roads for cranage of major plant onto the roof.
